The whole process usually takes 15โ45 minutes. You don’t need to drop your computer off anywhere or wait for someone to drive to your house.
What I Can Fix Remotely
- Slow computer โ identify what’s eating your resources and clean it up
- Virus/malware identification โ find out once and for all if you can ignore that warning or if it’s something to worry about
- Software issues โ crashes, error messages, programs that won’t install or update
- Email problems โ setup, recovery, sync issues across devices

What I Can’t Fix Remotely
Some things need hands-on. OS reinstalls, networking issues, malware removal, etc. For anything like that, we’ll schedule an on-site visit or you can bring it to me.
What It Costs
$60/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Most remote sessions land between $30โ$60.
No diagnostic fee. No minimum charge beyond the first 15 minutes. If I connect and realize it’s a 2-minute fix, I’ll tell you โ and charge accordingly.
